The innovation facilitator program enables participants to become
"innovation consultant", capable of addressing an issue (whether
they own it or not), developing an action plan to resolve it
innovatively and implementing the plan, including the facilitation
of any meeting as required. In addition to the knowledge of the
Ideaction process, it enables the participants to develop and/or
improve their facilitator skills for use in any situation.
