WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This three-day workshop is designed primarily for trainers and
facilitators to establish the foundation for understanding the method
for successful organizational development interventions.
OVERVIEW
Many trainers and facilitators are being asked to work with leaders
and managers to help them intervene in the functioning of a group or
organization for improved performance.
This workshop's purpose, designed with trainers and facilitators in
mind, is to establish a foundational understanding of the methods for
successful organizational development interventions. OD methodology
and "how OD can be used" is introduced so that not just symptoms of an
organizational "issue" are resolved, rather the underlying cause is
also addressed and resolved.
"Essentials of Organizational Development" also introduces the concept
of Process Improvement (PI) and the reasons PI is making significant
performance improvements within organizations. The OD professional
needs to be aware of this new technology and its implications for
organizations.
This workshop is designed to provide an overview of the growing field
of Organizational Development. This is an overview workshop.
Individuals having more than 3+ years of experience in practicing OD
may find much of the content a review.
