OVERVIEW
The Extended DISC system is designed to provide users with practical
action plans to enhance individual, team and organizational
performance. It provides customized and powerful reports on
individuals, teams and organizations. However, Extended DISC is much
more than a set of assessment tools. Although assessments have been
proven to be very beneficial in numerous applications, assessments
alone have a limited impact on performance. It is only when the
information from the assessments is applied in practice that the value
is created.

Participants will become comfortable in using Extended DISC software,
interpreting the assessment reports and conducting various training
sessions that are built around the assessment results. Content covered
in this program includes: Understanding of the Extended DISC System
Understanding of the research behind this instrument and its validity
for a variety of business and organizational applications
Understanding of the technology to assist you in designing practical
action plans to enhance individual, team, and organizational
performance Explore how the Extended DISC System can be used in a
variety of applications Learn applications for the Extended DISC
Personal & Team Analysis
COURSE STRUCTURE
This virtual
certification course consists of 4 sessions on different days. Each
session is individually scheduled by the facilitator and participant
for maximum client convenience.

Session 1
Session 1 will be conducted by Jack Knight, President of University
Associates, and will provide participants with an introduction to
the Extended DISC System. A discussion on how to take the Extended
DISC instrument online will be covered along with instructions for 2
co-workers/colleagues (chosen by each participant) to take the
instrument online. Approximately 10 minutes is necessary for each
individual (participant and 2 co-workers) to take the assessment at
a convenient time. This session will take approximately 30 minutes.

Session 2
In Session 2, Jack Knight will spend approximately 2 more hours for
further orientation to the Extended DISC System specifically
focusing on the Extended DISC Personal Analysis and the Extended
DISC Team Analysis. Jack Knight will coach participants on how to
interpret and facilitate these data after scoring is completed on
the above-mentioned reports (1 Participant and 2 Co-Worker reports).

Session 3
Session 3 will be conducted by Extended DISC, NA. on how to install
the Extended DISC System on their computers. They will also coach
each participant on how to process the data when it is received from
co-workers and/or clients of the participant. This session will take
approximately 1 hour.

Session 4
For the fourth session, Jack Knight will coach each participant on
the interpretation of their “clients” reports after participants
begin using the Extended DISC System back on the job. Actual reports
from the participant’s clients (scored by the participant using
their own Extended DISC System Software) will be utilized to coach
newly certified participants through the process of de-briefing
individual and team data. This session typically takes approximately
2 hours.

participant and 2 colleagues), 1 Team Analysis, 1 Facilitator Manual,
3 System and Tool Manuals, Extended DISC System Software, and 500
Extended DISC points (10 Personal Analyses) are included in this price
to allow immediate application after certification. Value of points is
$500.00.]

affiliated with any DISC assessment tools that have been previously
available. It is a proprietary system and is only available through
Extended DISC North America, Inc and its affiliates.
